I had a great stay at the hotel with my family of 4. The room we upgraded to was spacious and comfortable, but a bit pricier than expected. The location was convenient for shopping and dining, although being close to the bus station meant hearing occasional announcements.
Rooms
8.0
The room was large enough for a family of 4 to be very comfortable and to spread around. It was a bit more expensive than the Superior Double originally booked and overlooked the bus station, so we could hear announcements.
Service
9.0
The service here was top-notch. From reception to the bar, restaurant, and even the cloakroom and bell boys, everyone was among the best and most professional I have ever experienced. They were helpful and kind throughout our stay, a real credit to this establishment.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was good and convenient for shopping and restaurants. It was right in the heart of Galway, with many dining and shopping options within close walking distance. While it made it easy to get to Quay Street, parking could be difficult if traveling by car.
Dining
7.0
The dining options were fine, but a bit dear at €14 per person on top of the room rate. We also found more affordable food options in some nearby bars and cafes.
Facilities

The hotel had all the essential facilities needed for a comfortable stay. While not extravagant, everything was well-maintained and functional.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully presented, but they were a bit too warm for my liking. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, making us feel welcomed and remembered. The hotel's location was superb, just a few minutes' walk from the bus, train, and coach stations, and there were convenient amenities nearby. The dining experience was top-notch, especially the freshly served breakfast that stood out. Overall, a comfortable and welcoming stay with some minor room temperature issues.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms in the new wing were gorgeous and spacious with amazing pressure in the shower and one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, though it was a bit warm at times. The service was top-notch with all staff members being very friendly and efficient. The location was excellent, right across from the bus station and within walking distance of everything, even though I felt the parking fees were a bit high. I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were excellent, but some aspects can be noisy. The service was exceptional with staff going above and beyond, yet some improvements are needed in certain areas. The location was convenient for exploring the city, but the dining experience had its ups and downs.
Rooms

The rooms were equipped with a ceiling LED light linked to the fire system, which could be a bit too bright in the bedroom area. However, the rear view of the building was excellent.

My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were tastefully decorated with warm colors, though a bit dark being situated at the back of the hotel. They were inviting, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The service provided was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff going out of their way to ensure a wonderful experience. The location was ideal, within walking distance of everything one could need. However, the breakfast was a bit lackluster. Overall, a great value for money.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and typical of a four-star hotel. The breakfast options were varied, but my room felt a bit dark due to small windows in a high location. The service was responsive and helpful, although the staff occasionally rushed with the bill without checking if we needed anything else. The location was superb, right on Eyre Square near many attractions. The dining experience was good, with a decent buffet selection, but certain additional charges were a bit pricey. Overall, a nice hotel with some room for improvement.
