the location was very convenient near eyre square. the staff were friendly and helpful . breakfast offered a good selection and the service was efficient. i found the dark wood furniture fitting with the style of the hotel.

the pillows had an unpleasant smell which detracted from my sleep quality and comfort. this was particularly noticeable and affected my overall experience.

the check in process was efficient and courteous. the breakfasts included a wide array of choices. staff consistently demonstrated teamwork offering a sense of pride in their service. i appreciated the availability of next day laundry service which was returned neatly folded to my room.

the air conditioning could have been cooler it stayed on all night making me feel a little unwell.
